Back in 2017 God brought not one but two amazing men into my life. I Met my now Husband, Dave and Stepson, Carson. I never knew what God had in store for my life, but I put my faith in the foundation of my life and waited. Carson is on the spectrum and faces many behavioral challenges. 2018 we deiced with the 50/50 schedule one of us needed more flexibility with our work. Dave was extremely supportive so in 2018 I left my job and started out as a vendor creating multiple products and attending events, getting into store fronts and selling online up until early 2024. While I loved doing just that, there was still a part of me that wanted to do more, create something bigger and bring something that seemed more like a “maybe one day” to life. I decided I wanted to put my organization skills, and my out of the box ideas to use and do exactly that. I took a “maybe one day” a vision and a dream to life. I went into this knowing a vendor perspective, I went into this knowing certain aspects I wanted to bring for families to enjoy, I wanted to give something to local communities and bring a day to create and enjoy moments that bring us memories.

As we all know life happens, things aren’t as simple as they once were. I believe giving something for everyone to look forward to is extremely important. We tend to overlook the simple things in life that we once enjoyed. I want to continue to bring that spark back. I want to give a space where adults can breathe, allow your inner child to come out and enjoy the simple things again. My goal is to continue to grow and give children a place to fully be children, get inspired and bring families, friends and locals together!

That is how Michigan Moments was born.
