Each market, I try to promote every business on our social media under vendor spotlights that provide quality photos of your product(s). This helps engage with customers, get them excited and what to expect at each market. It is our job to promote the market, but it is important to have the help of every participating vendor. All I ask is if you are a vendor with us, to please interact with our post about that market, share your items in the event page(s) or post and let customers know who you are and that your excited to showcase your items to them. When doing this; it helps shoppers at the event to come look for you! Please do not create a separate event link. Be sure to use the one associated with the actual event.
Vendor Payments (Please read all the way through)

We will be looking at your products and displays. If approved, I will send you an invoice to your email. The invoice comes from Square which can be paid online with a credit card. Please add Michiganmoments24@gmail.com as a contact in your email to avoid these emails ending up in spam. Please pay your invoice within 72 hours of receiving to ensure your space is reserved. Spaces are first come basis.

Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk; in Consideration of acceptance of my registration in the event, I do hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns to (A) Waiver, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, including as to my traveling to and from this event, the following entities of persons: Michigan Moments, employees and volunteers, and representatives and others working or acting on behalf Michigan Moments, and to the extent permitted by law (B) Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of or relating to my attendance at or participation in this event.
• Artists/Vendors are advised but not required to have Independent Insurance
• Duplication of media sold among different artists/vendors will be limited
• Canopy Tents will NOT be allowed at indoor events
• Prohibited Items – Glitter, Paint, Silly String, Confetti, Table Scatters etc.
• Your space MUST be left in the exact condition you found it. $150 Fee if your space needs cleaning after your departure
• Please be advised that the lawn may be wet upon arrival for outdoor venues. Dress accordingly
• Your products must be kept within your space.
• All vendors must remain set up until the end of the event.
• No early breakdowns allowed
• All vendors must supply their own tables, tablecloths, chairs and canopy tents. You must also have your tents weighed down. Minimum of 30lb of weight is required on each tent leg.
Food Vendors - You are pre-approved; you will need to be licensed and responsible to having inspections done as needed per event.
Cancellations - Michigan Moments does not provide refunds on cancellations or if you're unable to attend.
• Inclement Weather – Show is Rain or Shine – In the event of an uncontrollable situation, Tornado, Thunderstorm, Blizzard etc. Michigan Moments will reschedule at our discretion.
